Who is the Club meant for?
We're the ideal solution for those who've always wanted a boat, but just can't bring themselves to own one. We're also terrific for families looking for activities everyone will enjoy. Or people who have owned a boat in the past and are looking to actually enjoy a boat instead of dealing with the hassles.
Why would I choose a Boat Club membership over owning a boat?
Your membership gives you the ability to choose from a variety of boats, including: fishing, skiing, and pontoons. With your membership, you eliminate the high cost of maintenance, insurance, storage and the most costly, depreciation. In addition, your membership provides you the boat of your choice within the parameters of the level you have chosen with unlimited use of the boats.
How do I know I’ll get a boat when I want it?
Boat Clubs are not a new concept. It’s been proven, boat clubs have been able to accommodate 97% of all boat reservation requests. The earlier you make your reservation on our convenient online reservation system, the more likely you will get the boat you want. Boat availability is our business and here’s how we ensure the best availability possible. We maintain a low boat to member ratio giving you the scheduling flexibility.
What if I want to make a last minute, same day reservation, can I do that?
Absolutely! When making a spontaneous reservation, a minimum of two (2) hours notice is required between a reservation and the actual time of boat usage. Spontaneous reservations do not affect any of your current reservations. Spontaneous reservations must be called in.
Is there a limit as to how often I use the boats?
No, use them as often as you like. In fact we encourage you to use the boats as often as you can and there are no “per use” charges other than the fuel you use.
How do I as a member guarantee the use of the boat of my choice when I want it?
Your reservations are always guaranteed*. When you are interested in making a reservation, you simply go online and check the availability of the type of boat you desire to use for that day on a first come first served basis.
*Reservations are guaranteed to the best of our ability, possible exceptions may be but are not limited to: Act of God, large scale equipment failure, vandalism, weather or other events out of our control.

I’m new to boating. Can I get training?
Barracuda Boat Club is ideal for the new boater. We provide free training for all members.
I’m just not sure I use the club enough to justify a membership.
Boating is a wonderful activity for the family, a couple looking for some time together and even individuals looking to relax. If you can picture yourself going out 10-12 times a year, you can just about double that with the club.
With the club, there’s no work or hassle. So no moans or groans when you pull back in, just toss us the keys and you’re on your way.
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
No, to join you pay a one-time initiation fee and your monthly dues, other than that the only thing you are responsible for is the fuel you use.
